The expression 'time requisite' cannot be understood as the time absolutely necessary for obtaining the copy or the minimum/ maximum time within which a copy could be obtained; it mealls actual time taken.

The word 'requisite' means 'properly required' and it throws upon the appellant the necessity of showing that no part of the delay beyond the prescribed period is due to his fault.

Time excluded has to be considered on the basis of information available from the copy of the judgment/decree placed on record.
