I had bought a scooter in last May, after some months it is creating problem to me. When I complained to Service center they serviced it and say the problem was removed. But last week it is creating the same problem again. When I complained them they return me the Scooter next day and they say again that the problem was removed. But today it is creating the same problem to me. Can I go to file a case in consumer forum.    (3 marks)
