A and B entered into an agreement, which described them as 'Partners'. The agreement provided that 'iii lieu of his share of profits', B was to receive Rs.500 p.m. and 'wasn't responsible for any loss or liability of firm. Later, a dispute arose between two; B contended that he wasn't a partner since there was no agreement to share the profits of business. -
