    Let total employees in company B = 100x
    Total female employees in company B = 100x ×40/100=40x
    Total managers in company B = 100x ×25/100=25x
    And total Non-managers employee in company B = (100x – 25x) = 75x
    Also, give total Non-managers female employees in company B = 75x ×40/100=30x
    40x – 30x = 56
    10x = 56
    x = 56/10
    So, total number of Non managers employee in company B 75x = 56/10 ×75=420
