The lessee is bound on the lessor’s request to put him in possession of the property

The lessor is bound to pay or tender, at the proper time and place, the premium or rent to the lessee or his agent in this behalf

Lessee must not without permission erect on the property any temporary or permanent structure, except for agricultural purpose
