If the proclaimed person does not appear within the time specified in the proclamation, the property under attachment:

shall not be sold until expiry of six months from the date of attachment

shall not be sold until any claim or objection under section 84 have been disposed of

both (a) & (b)

either (a) or (b).

Section 83 of Cr. P.C. relates to the attachment of property for the failure of a person to comply with a proclamation of their appearance in court.
If the proclaimed person does not appear within the time specified in the proclamation, the property under attachment shall not be sold until:
1. Six months have passed from the date of attachment, or
2. Any claim or objection under Section 84 has been disposed of.

This ensures a fair opportunity for any rightful claimant to raise objections before the property is sold.
