An employee log in id is decided on the basis of following conditions: 

1) City code is (01) for the metro city and for others the city code is (02).

2) Birth code will be last two digits of birth year and the birth years are - 1972, 1945, 1943, 1988, 1991, 1962, 1970, 1989, 1982, 1968 , 1983 and 1965. (For example an employee whose birth year is 1967 then his birth code is 67)

3) There are four departments - Marketing, Production, Administration and HR. All the departments have their different codes as- 92 is the code of Marketing, 98 is the code of production , 67 is the code of HR and 88 is the code of Administration.

4) There are four different designation codes - D, K, A and S. D is the code for Chief Executive officer, Executive officer and officer. K is the code for manger, Assistant manager, and general manager. A is the code for Clerk, Law officer and Assistant. S is the code for Auditor, Data processing officer and Internal auditor. 

An employee whose date of birth is 1972 is a Manager and his department code is 88. Birth code for Officer is 82 and his department code is 92. Clerk's birth code is 2 less than Manager and his department code is 88. Law officer, Assistant and Data processing officer work in same department and birth code for Law officer is 65. Difference between birth code of Chief executive officer and Officer is 37 and department code for Chief executive officer is either 98 or 88. Birth code for Data processing officer is 62. Chief executive officer is not working in the same department of Data processing officer. Assistant manager and Internal auditor have same department code and their birth code is either 91 or 88. Birth code of Executive officer is 68 and for General manager is 89. Assistant manager is older than Internal Auditor. Executive officer and General manager have same department code but not same as Clerk or Assistant. Executive officer department code is not 92. Birth code for Auditor is either 83 or 43. Assistant is the oldest and belongs to Production department. Assistant manager worked in marketing department. The department code of Auditor is 88. 

Employees belongs to D and S department belongs to Delhi and employees from K department belongs to Banglore.

Note - Only Delhi and Banglore are metro cities.
