So, we should use 'little' instead of 'less' as less is used for uncountable nouns. Sentence 3: 'a' is an article for singular nouns. Since 'little' is definitely more than one, using 'a' is wrong. Sentence 5: 'Misplaced' means placing something in the wrong position. It can happen unknowingly. The homeless flood victims are not exactly at a wrong place.
