Palk strait comes first in north-south order. Adam's bridge is the northern and northeastern boundary of the Gulf of Mannar. Adam's bridge or Rama Setu is made by Rameshwararm island and Mannar island. cape kumari is the last one though gulf of Mannar extends beyond it. 2-4-1-3 is the right answer
