Consider the following statements about Angel Investors
Which of the statements given above is/ are correct?
1 only
2 only
Both 1 and 2
Neither 1 nor 2
An angel investor works alone, while venture capitalists are part of a company. Angel investors, sometimes known as business angels, are individuals who invest their finances in a startup. Angels are wealthy, often influential individuals who choose to invest in high-potential companies in exchange for an equity stake. Angel investors primarily provide capital for startups at early stages in exchange or convertible debt or equity ownership.
Angel investors are focused on helping startups take their first steps, rather than the possible profit they may get from the business. Essentially, angel investors are the opposite of venture capitalists.
Hence only statement 1st is correct.

Second statement seems untrue. 'Focus' of angel investor is not profit making, 'like' venture capitalist's.
