This past week there was the Moscow format meeting in which India participated non-officially. It was the first meeting that had Indian representation on board Taliban representation. Along with the Moscow Format Meeting of Consultations on Afghanistan, we will also discuss the resurgence of Taliban which is also hailed as strategic failure of the US.
