There is no scope to arise a deadlock in the case of money bill. Because Rajya Sabha has no role in amending the money bill. It can only suggest recommendations subject to the approval of Lok Sabha. Therefore, joint sitting need not be or cannot be summoned in passing money bill. A money bill is introduced in the Lok Sabha only with the prior recommendation of the president. The authority to decide whether a bill is money bill or not rest with the speaker. And his decision on the matter is final.
