Chief Justice of Supreme Court of India will be consulted in all the appointments and the decision is binding on the President. Supreme Court of India: ·Its decisions are binding on all courts. ·Can transfer Judges of High Courts. ·Can move cases from any court to itself. ·Can transfer cases from one High Court to another. Parliament has no say in the appointment of judges but it has participation in removal of judges. The Collegium system which includes CJI decides the appointments and transfers. But, the removal is initiated and passed by the Parliament after consulting three Judges panel in the process of removal.
