1.Territorial integrity or continued existence of any state is not guaranteed by the Constitution.

Art 3 talks about the formation of new States and alteration of areas, boundaries or names of existing States. Thus, there is no territorial integrity of states.
Art 15(1) The State shall not discriminate against any citizen on grounds only of religion, race, caste, sex, place of birth or any of them.
Art 19(1) states that ,All citizens shall have the right – (a) to freedom of speech and expression; (b) to assemble peaceably and without arms; (c) to form associations or unions; (d) to move freely throughout the territory of India; (e) to reside and settle in any part of the territory of India; and (f) to practice any profession, or to carry on any occupation, trade or business.
