1 and 2 only
IRNSS is a constellation of 7 satellites whose first satellite i.e. IRNSS-1A became dysfunctional because of malfunctioning of its 3 on-board rubidium clocks. To replace IRNSS-1A, ISRO was supposed to launch IRNSS-1H this August end. However, the mission failed because of some technical glitch. It is the only Indian satellite that involves private players in its manufacturing stage. Hence, statement 1 and 3 are correct and only 2nd statement is incorrect.
