Explanation:

Indian National Conference is called as predecessor of Indian National Congress. Surendranath Banerjee and Anandmohan Bose were main organisers. Two sessions of it were held in 1883 and 1885, which had representative drawn from all major towns.

Gopal Krishan Gokhale didn't organise Indian National Conference but he joined the INC motivated by his mentor, social reformer M G Ranade.
