Esturaries are the transitional zone between the sea and rivers.—areas where fresh and saltwater mix—are made up of many different types of habitats. These habitats can include oyster reefs, coral reefs, rocky shores, submerged aquatic vegetation, marshes, and mangroves. There are also different animals that live in each of these different habitats. Due to accumulation of organic materials and agricultural chemicals from adjacent land into water, the level of nutrients is also high. Hence, statement 1 is correct and 2 and 3 are not correct.
