Kanishka, was the emperor of the Kushan dynasty in 127-151 A.D; famous for his military, political, and spiritual achievements. Some of the scholars in the Court of Kanishka were Parsva, Vasumitra, Asvaghosa, Nagarjuna, Charaka and Mathara.
