Only statements 1,2&4 are correct.
Catalysis is the process of increasing the rate of a chemical reaction by adding a substance known as a catalyst. As Catalyst increases the reaction rate by lowering the activation energy. Catalyst does not take part actively in the reaction, it just is consumed in one step and regenerated in another step. and it requires in a very small quantity. Catalysts are substances which alter the rates of chemical reactions without themselves undergoing any chemical change. Hence option 4th is correct.
