Gram Nyayalayass Act 2008, provided Nyayalayass for grass root level justice. It is a mobile court, which exercise the powers of civil and criminal courts. It is not bound by rules of evidence but guided by principles of natural justice as made by High Court. It is established for every panchayat at intermeditate level and its seat is located at headquarters of intermediate panchayat.
