Recently, the Brown Rock Chat has almost disappeared from the heart of the city Delhi, visible only on the outskirts. It is also called as Indian Chat which is a bird species of the family Muscicapidae. It is nearly endemic to India, distributed north of the Narmada, west to Gujarat and east to Bengal bordered on the north by the Himalayas where it is found only until about 1300 m. It is listed as ‘Least Concern’ as per IUCN Red List of Threatened Species. Hence only statement 2nd is correct.
