Going by the logic that since Turkmenistan shares boundary with caspian sea and therefore it is not a landlocked country,then Kazakhstan should also not be considered as a landlocked country but that is not the case because Kazakhstan is the largest landlocked country.Please clarify.
As per given option this is most suitable option but if there is in option 2,3 and 4 only. You should mark it as an correct. Now why I used this statements in option because you must know the art of choosing most suitable one.
I agree with your point but here in that case there is attachment with sea which act as a transition point between two countries.So you cannot judge a country as a landlocked only to the world ocean
