there is difference between incorporation of territory and citizenship by acquiring property , when we say incorporation of territory we refer to the state or the area incorporated by india as in case of sikkim but when we say citizen ship by acquiring property we refer to an individual who acquires property in indian territory if he is an foreigner
Rectified
as per polity each and every word has a different word as it is a language of law .. so would you mind explaining how citizenship by acquiring property and incorporation of territory are same ... as much as i read acquiring property is refer to a term when a person buys certain propert but incorporation of territory is a term used when a country incorporates certain territory and there is a notable diffrence between property and land acquired by country( territory)
