Minister for Finance & Corporate Affairs informed Lok Sabha about privatisation of companies. The Government has given ‘in-principle’ approval for Privatisation of 24 CPSEs including Subsidiaries, Units and Joint Ventures with sale of majority stake and transfer of management control.
