Right against exploitation is enshrined in article 23 and 24 of Indian constitution.
Article 23 (Prohibition of Traffic in Human Beings and Forced Labour) This article stops trafficking of human beings, beggary and several other forms of forced drudgery. The meaning of human trafficking is compelling people into servitude, slavery and also forcing women, handicapped persons and children into activities full of immorality. The meaning of Bandhua or Begar is a forced labor without or with payment.
Article 24 - Prohibition of Employment of Children in Factories etc. It stops the employment of kids younger than the 14 years of age in any mine or factory or even any dangerous employment. This particular prohibition is just and fair and does not confess any exception for employing children in a mine or factory etc.
