President can withold his assent but cannot send it for reconsideration. Kindly revisit.

President can withhold his assent to money bill but cannot return it for reconsideration. President's prior approval is taken before introducing so normally it gives his/her consent, but in exceptional cases when government dissolves before money bill could get assent of president and then new Government can ask him/her to withhold assent.
