Why did the Cabinet Mission Plan rejected the demand of full fledged Pakistan?

I. The Pakistan so formed would include a large non-muslim population.

II. The Hindus and Muslims would then ask for seperate states based on the principle communal self- determination

III. Partition would entail economic and administrative problems.

IV. Division of armed forces would be dangerous
