Non payment of taxes was a feature of CDM and not NCM. NCM was only to use LEGITIMATE means to attain Swaraj. So option A should be correct.

Answer is correct ed but non payment of taxes was not clearly a part of non cooperation . if we had to choose only one of these than non payment of taxes was not part of non cooperation.

sir but its mentioned in ncert that non payment of taxes was also a feature and in many places people refused to pay taxes
