A nation is built by its citizens, and citizens are moulded by teachers. And that's why teachers are rightly called nation builders. Teachers are an important facet for any society and their role is both significant and valuable. They play an extraordinary part in the lives of children, moulding them students into socially responsible citizens.  We in India revere our teachers - for the multiple roles that they play in shaping our lives. But over the years, the role of our teachers has seen a significant change. Technological advancements have transformed the process of teaching and learning. The classroom of today looks and operates very differently to what it was a decade or two ago... The internet has shortened the gap between teaching and learning like never before, and is no longer limited to the four walls of the classroom.   And with advancements in the field of information and technology, the role of teachers has also significantly changed and continues to change.
