Sher Shah Suri, the founder of the Suri Empire in North India, is credited with introducing the silver Rupaya in 1540-1545.
He made significant contributions to land and currency reforms.
- Option 4: Akbar
Akbar, one of the greatest Mughal emperors, ruled from 1556 to 1605. He implemented many enduring administrative practices, although the Rupaya had already been introduced before his reign.
