Article 368 deals with the Powers of the Parliament to amend the Constitution and procedure therefor. It states Procedure through which Parliament can amend by way of addition, variation or repeal of any provision of the Constitution in accordance with the procedure established (Clause 1). In the case of amendment of provisions mentioned in Article 368, It needs to be ratified by not less than half of the states which means Parliament alone is not empowered to amend the provisions of the Article 368 itself. The Parliament should pass any amendment with a 2/3rd majority of the member of the house present and voting. In addition, this 2/3rd majority should be more than the absolute majority of the house. Hence all the statements are correct.
