The meetings of the Lok Sabha are presided over by the:
President
Prime Minister
Speaker
none of the above.
The Speaker of the Lok Sabha presides over the meeting of the Lok Sabha. Where as in Rajya Sabha the meeting are presides by Vice-President. The speaker presides over the sessions of lok sabha. A speaker is a person who is elected by the members of the house at the first meeting after the general elections. Normally the party having majority in Lok Sabha ends up electing one of it’s MP as Speaker. A deputy speaker is also elected in case the speaker in unable to discharge his/her duties. Hence option 3rd is correct.
