Blood platelets
Plasma
Red corpuscles
White corpuscles
When food is ingested, the action of several enzymes and gastric juices by saliva, stomach and other accessory digestive organs break them into the simpler biomolecules like fatty acids, small proteins(peptides),glucose or simple sugar and amino acids. No matter how heavy starch, carbohydrates based or protein ,lipids and fats based food you eat,the end product will always be this simple biomolecules and this is what is called digested food or nutrients.
