This week on November 18, the country witnessed the first naturopathy day. The day was observed by the AYUSH Ministry to promote drug-less system of medicine to prevent diseases by altering diet and lifestyle. AYUSH stands for Ayurveda, Yoga, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy.
