The Union Ministry for Minority Affairs is organising Hunar Haat in different parts of the country under the USTTAD Scheme.

It has become a successful mission to provide employment opportunities as well as exposure to international and national markets to master artisans, craftsmen and culinary experts.

USTTAD scheme of Ministry of Minority Affairs aims at preserving and promoting the rich heritage of traditional arts & crafts of the Minority communities. In light of globalisation & competitive market, these crafts have gradually lost their employability.
