Which State/UT has launched the “Operation SHIELD” to curb the spread of the coronavirus pandemic ?

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has announced the launch of an initiative called “Operation SHIELD” in the capital city to curb the spread of the coronavirus pandemic.
Here SHIELD stands for: Sealing, Home quarantine, Isolation and tracing, Essential supply, Local sanitisation, Door-to-door health checks.
The Operation Shield will be implemented in 21 localities identified as containment zones in Delhi.
