The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth has received an integrated complex named ‘Hockey Oman’.

• It’s a new complex that will host the FIH Hockey5s World Cup qualifiers, due to be held in the run-up to Summer 2024 Olympic Games, Paris.
• Eights International teams will compete in matches, which will be held from 15 to 21 January 2024. The teams will compete to book three tickets for the next Olympics.
• The new stadium will also host the Futsal Hockey World Cup “Oman 2024”, to be held in Oman from 24 to 31 January 2024.
• The stadium can accommodate more than 5,000 spectators during the tournament and all seats can be removed and used in other stadiums.
