World Habitat Day 2022

The United Nations observes the first Monday of October as World Habitat Day. This year, World Habitat Day will be observed on October 3.

World Habitat Day was established in 1985 by the UN General Assembly through Resolution 40/202, and was first celebrated in 1986.
This year World Habitat Day (WHD 2022) under the theme "Mind the Gap. Leave No One and Place Behind" looks at the problem of growing inequality and challenges in cities and human settlements.
