Can you please double check, since Health and safety is provided under Factory Act 1948 .As the new act also named as" Code on Occupational health ,safety " under which Factory act as one of the act which get subsumed. ESI act talks about Insurance for Medical benefit, accidental coverage and sickness benefit. Please clarify. Thank you for your valuable response.
