The subsistence allowance paid to workmen during the period of suspension, pending investigation shall be at the rate of :

50% of wages for the first 90 days of suspension.

25% of wages for the first 90 days of suspension

75% of wages for the first 90 days of suspension

100% of wages for the first 90 days of suspension

Section 10A(1) in The Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act, 1946
50% of the wages drawn by the worker prior to his suspension, up to a period of 90 days from the date of his suspension. and
at the rate of seventy-five per cent of such wages for the remaining period of suspension if the delay in the completion of disciplinary proceedings against such workman is not directly attributable to the conduct of such workman.
