As per Workers Compensation Act, The minimum amount of compensation in case of permanent total disablement has been fixed as:

As per Workers Compensation Act,
[4. Amount of compensation.--(1) Subject to the provisions of this Act, the amount of compensation shall be as follows, namely:--
(a) where death results from the injury an amount equal to [fifty per cent.] of the monthly wages of the deceased 1[employee] multiplied by the relevant factor; or an amount of [one lakh and twenty thousand rupees], whichever is more;

I think in permanent total disability case rs. 140000 and death case rs. 120000 pls clear my doubt.

In case of death it will be 50% wage or 120000 and in case of permanent total disablement 60% or 140000
