Biting is totally unacceptable and uncivilized. You will ban the player for life. In second case, you will not do anything because decision was taken by referee.

Though biting is uncivilized, it has not affected the match, you will not take any action. In second case you will recommend changing the result of match.

The match pressure can sometime result in heightened tempers, you will ignore the first case. In second case also, you will not take any action as feigning has become a norm and is not longer an exception.

As member of governing body, it is your duty to set an example. You will ban the both the players for few matches.
