Given than α and β are the root of the equation 2x² - 7x + 1 = 0 then find the value of the α + 2β² +β + 2α² .

α+ β= - b/a=7/2
α×β=c/a=1/2
α+2β²+β+2α²=(α+β)+2(α²+β²)
=(α+β)+[(α+β)^2-2×αβ]
Put the value of (α+β) & αβ we get =26
