    Let length is l  and breadth is b   

    l= 2b

    New length and breadth is l+5 and breadth is l/2  +5

    Area is=l× b

    New area is =(l+5) (l/2 +5)

    l×b +75 =(l+5) (l/2  +5)

    l×l/2  +75 =l^2/2 +5l /2 +5l +25

    75 =15l/2 +25

    15l/2  =50

    l= 100/15 m
