    a/b + b/a=(a^2 + b^2)/ab
    =(a^2 +b^2)/ab +2ab/ab -2ab/ab
    [(a+b)^2 -2ab]/ab
    a+b=-8/1= -8
    ab=4/1 =4
    Hence, a/b + b/a
    =[(a+b)^2-2ab]/ab
    =[(-8)^2-2×4]/4
    =[64-8]/4
    =56/4= 14
    a/b + b/a=14
