    As, 2(a + b) = 10 cm
    => a + b =10/2= 5 ………… (i)
    l + b = 5 ……… (ii)
    Also, lb = 4 cm2
    => b =4/l……….. (iii)
    From (ii) and (iii)
    l +4/l= 5
    => l2 + 4 = 5l
    => l = 4 or l = 1
    Hence l = 4 cm
