For similar triangles,
Area of triangle 1/Area of triangle 2 = (side1)² / (side)²
$\small \frac{7-4\sqrt{3}}{7+4\sqrt{3}}=(\frac{l1}{l2})^{2}$

$\small \sqrt{\frac{7-4\sqrt{3}}{7+4\sqrt{3}}}=(\frac{l1}{l2})$

$\small =\sqrt{\frac{7-4\sqrt{3}}{7+4\sqrt{3}}*\frac{7-4\sqrt{3}}{7-4\sqrt{3}}}$

= $7-4\sqrt{3}=\frac{l1}{l2}$
