The Khelo India Youth Games 2021 concluded successfully at the Indradhanush Stadium in Haryana on June 13. The hosts of the games, Haryana topped the table with a total of 137 medals including 52 gold.

• Maharashtra came in close second to Haryana, with a grand tally of 125 medals including 45 gold.
• Karnataka followed with 67 medals including 22 gold. The country saw twelve new national records set during this edition of Khelo India games.
