We are told to live in the moment because that helps us to eradicate all regrets of the past and expectations from tomorrow. The problem with waiting until tomorrow is that when it finally arrives, it is called today.Today is yesterday's tomorrow. The question is what did we do with its opportunity? All too often we will waste tomorrow as we wasted yesterday, and as we are wasting today.For most of us the average day includes a mix of things , both we look forward to and things we don't look forward to. We look forward to coffee in the morning, we regret that we have to go to work; we look forward to coming home at the end of the day, we dislike that we have to do l aundry.You have to look forward, and do something. More specifically, you have to do something to help others. One of the quickest ways is to find someone that needs our help – an individual you know or by participating in a local volunteer organization – and set about, on a regular basis, helping make someone else's life more enjoyable.If you wait for tomorrow, it comes. Even if you still don't wait for tomorrow, it still comes , but today is always tomorrow's yesterday. Time present and time past are both perhaps present in time future.Life awaits us and the future is teasing us.
