“Mission Basundhara”:

=> “Mission Basundhara” is a mission mode project initiated by Assam government for land reforms.

=> Focus will be on-

1. Survey of non-cadastral villages(where no survey has been undertaken till date).

2. Resolving land related disputes

3. Complete all pending partition and mutation cases in a mission mode by opening a portal

4. Organizing Rajah Adalat (Rajah Adalat is conducted in Assam to dispose off the cases related to land revenue).

=> “Mission Basundhara” was formally launched on 2nd October 2021.

=> All such pending matters were to be resolved within May 10, 2022, which will mark the first anniversary of the present government.

“Mission Basundhara 2.0”:

=> From May 11, all services provided under the Mission will be available in RTPS portal, while Mission Basundhara 2.0 will be launched on October 2.

=> All employees connected with the Mission Basundhara will get an amount equivalent to their one month’s basic salary as a mark of appreciation for their dedication and hard work.
